You can delete your Lumolingo account yourself, at any time, from the app or from the web. You do not need to contact us and you do not need to explain why.
Everything tied to your account, immediately and permanently:
Nothing that identifies you. If you ever bought a subscription, the payment record stays with the payment provider (Google Play or our card processor) because tax law requires it — that record belongs to them, not to us, and deleting your Lumolingo account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that from your Google Play subscriptions page.
You need it to confirm deletion. Reset it first from the sign-in screen (“Forgot your password?”), then delete the account.
Write to [email protected] and we will delete the account for you. Please write from the address the account uses, so we know it is really you.
